1. What this form is and when it is given

This form is prepared under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, for you to read BEFORE you buy a subscription. Its purpose is to tell you, before any contract is formed, who you are contracting with, what you are buying, what you will pay including taxes, and what your right of withdrawal is.

The pre-information form is NOT the distance selling agreement itself. The form is the disclosure document given before the contract; the contract is formed by your approval at the payment step and is a separate text. It is normal for the two to cover the same subjects — if they conflict, the provision more favourable to the consumer applies.

By ticking the box at the payment step you declare that you read this form and confirmed its contents before the contract was formed.

3. Main characteristics of the service

LenaRiseOS is an AI marketing platform built on brand memory: your brand voice, palette, personas and no-gos are learned once and used across every module. It is a DIGITAL service accessed by subscription; no physical product is delivered.

• Agency: strategy, campaign and content planning.
• Social: content generation, approval flow and publishing to connected accounts.
• Design: visual generation aligned with your brand identity.
• LenaChat: a chat interface that carries your brand context.

The scope of each plan — which modules are open, usage limits and the number of team seats — is shown on the marketing page and at the payment step. Which plan applies to your own order is covered by the fields listed in §4.

Before buying, you can start the 7-day free trial. No card details are requested, the trial does NOT turn itself into a subscription and nothing is charged when it ends; a trial therefore does not by itself form a distance selling agreement.

4. Order details — an integral part of this form

This page carries the STANDING terms and is the same for every order. The values specific to your order are shown on screen at the order step and appear in the order confirmation. The following fields, together with the values shown to you, are an integral part of this form:

• The plan selected and its scope.
• The payment period (monthly or annual) and its length.
• The total price including all taxes.
• Any discount or campaign condition and the period the discount applies to.
• Any number of instalments and the interest applied to them.
• The order date.
• Your billing details: legal name, address, tax office and number or national identification number.

No EXAMPLE plan name, amount or date is written on this page. If one were, a reader who believed they were reading the terms of their own order would be shown another order's figures; the only correct place for a price is the screen where that price is calculated.

5. Total price including taxes, and payment

The total shown at the payment step INCLUDES all taxes; no further charge is added after that step. Prices are EUR-indexed and billed in Turkish lira; the rate is locked on the invoice and the currency risk is borne by LenaRise.

Payment is made by credit or debit card in a single charge, or with the instalment options your bank offers. Instalments are calculated on the TRY amount, the options differ by bank, and any interest is shown as a SEPARATE line both at the payment step and on the invoice.

Payment service provider: [to be completed]. Your card number, expiry date and security code are never stored in LenaRise systems at any stage.

The subscription runs for the period you select and renews on the same terms at the end of that period. To stop renewal it is enough to notify us before the period ends. Price changes do not affect the period already running and are notified before they take effect.

6. How and when the service is performed

The service is digital and involves no physical delivery: once your payment is confirmed your account is opened on the selected plan and performance begins at that moment. No delivery cost arises. In any event performance does not exceed thirty days from the order.

If an obstacle to performance arises you are informed within thirty days at the latest, and any amount collected is refunded within fourteen days of that obstacle becoming known.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are buying as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within FOURTEEN DAYS of the date it is formed, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

It is enough to send the withdrawal notice in writing within that period; you are not obliged to use any particular form. Notice channels: [email protected] and [to be completed].

Once a valid withdrawal notice reaches us, the amount collected is refunded within fourteen days to the payment instrument you used; no additional cost is charged to you for the refund.

8. Where the right of withdrawal does not apply — consent to immediate performance

The Distance Contracts Regulation provides an exception for services performed instantly by electronic means: where the consumer gives EXPRESS CONSENT to performance before the withdrawal period expires and confirms awareness that this consent ends the right of withdrawal, that right ceases.

LenaRiseOS falls within that definition; the account is opened immediately after payment. For the exception to operate, however, the consent must be taken SEPARATELY and expressly — an acceptance buried inside the subscription approval and never surfaced does not meet that condition.

Unless such a separate consent is taken, your right of withdrawal runs for the full fourteen days and this form does not restrict it.

9. Complaints and dispute resolution

You can send complaints and requests to [email protected] first; your application is recorded and answered within a reasonable period.

If the dispute cannot be resolved that way, under Law No. 6502 and within the monetary thresholds set by legislation you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee of your place of residence or of the place where the transaction was made, and to the Consumer Court for disputes above those thresholds. The thresholds are updated at the start of each calendar year — that is why no fixed figure is written on this page; a figure written here would be wrong a year later.

For users who are not consumers, that is, who buy for commercial or professional purposes, the courts and enforcement offices of [to be completed] have jurisdiction.

10. Personal data

Your order, billing and payment data is processed under the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Privacy Policy. Both are published on this site and can be read from the links at the bottom of this page.

11. Confirmation and retention of this form

When you tick the box at the payment step you confirm that you read this form before the contract was formed. Your approval is recorded together with its date and the version of the text then in force.

The current version of this form and of the distance selling agreement is always published on this site. A copy must additionally be delivered to you on a durable medium after the order; the present state of that flow is stated in the draft notice at the top of this page.
